Outdoor living / Serving Montana

An adjustable roof.
A more useful patio.

Add shade and shelter with a motorized, louvered pergola planned around your property.

Is this your starting point?

Pergolas

You have an open patio or deck and want more control over sunlight and shelter, without making an indoor room.

Options & tradeoffs

What we’ll work through.

Attached or freestanding

Consider the connection to the house, circulation, views and the area you actually want to cover.

One zone or several

Dining and lounging may need different footprints, louver orientations and controls.

Room to grow

Consider screens, lighting and heating early, even if the project will happen in stages.

Explore roof, screen and comfort systems

We’ll review available systems, site requirements and delivery responsibilities for your project.

Planning the investment

Compare the
complete scope.

Footprint, number of zones, supporting foundations, attachment, drainage, electrical work and accessories.

A product price and a completed project price may cover different work. Ask for an itemized scope instead of relying on an unrelated starting figure.

Read planning & cost

From idea to agreement

Understand the site. Agree on the responsibilities.

Start with a conversation, assess the site and options, then agree on scope, cost and timing before moving ahead.

Useful questions

Before you choose.

Is a louvered pergola right for my property?

Start with the usable footprint, sun exposure, drainage and supporting structure. Site assessment and the selected system determine what is suitable.

What about Montana snow and wind?

Request engineering and operating guidance for the exact system and site. There is no universal snow or wind rating for every pergola; do not treat a rendering as engineering approval.
